Refund policy

All sales are final. Because our products may be made, printed, prepared or fulfilled after an order is placed, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been submitted.

Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase, including sizing, colors, descriptions, quantities, shipping information and billing details.

Ghetto Gardeners is not responsible for incorrect sizes, color choices, duplicate orders, buyer’s remorse, incorrect shipping addresses, failure to read product descriptions or changes of mind after checkout.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ghettogardeners209@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once we receive your request, we will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, store credit or another resolution may be offered. Any resolution is handled at our discretion and does not guarantee a refund.

We do not guarantee refunds for shipping delays, carrier issues, lost packages, stolen packages or packages marked as delivered. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside of our control.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we determine that an error was made on our end.
