Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product description errors or order errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that you agree to pay all charges associated with your purchase, including applicable taxes, shipping and handling fees.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment is received. Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the item, production time, order volume, destination, shipping carrier and other factors outside of our control.

All shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, customs processing, high order volume or other events outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete or outdated address provided by the customer.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages or packages marked as delivered. If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, you may need to contact the shipping carrier directly.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we determine that an error was made on our end.

SECTION 6 - REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All sales are final. Because our products may be made, printed, prepared or fulfilled per order, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review all product details, sizing, colors, descriptions and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

We are not responsible for incorrect sizes, color choices, duplicate orders, buyer’s remorse, incorrect shipping addresses, failure to read product descriptions or changes of mind after checkout.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ghettogardeners209@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, store credit or other resolution may be offered. Any resolution is provided at our discretion and does not guarantee a refund.

We do not guarantee refunds for shipping delays, carrier issues, lost packages, stolen packages or packages marked as delivered.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including logos, product names, graphics, images, designs, text, slogans, branding, videos and other materials, belongs to Ghetto Gardeners, its partners or its authorized licensors.
